Dávid Bereczki won both races at the season finale in Mettet, Belgium, just six weeks after a serious leg fracture. He started ten of the 12 SM Junior European Championship races in 2026 and won every one of them. Having missed the two races in Visonta through injury, he finished runner-up to Márk Szabó.
In the first Mettet race he passed Edward Darnton on the final lap; in the second he took the lead at the start. Despite his perfect record in races entered, the missed round proved decisive in the title fight.
